Cochin International Airport (CIAL)

Support services for major airport terminal infrastructure development. Mulavarickal Group was contracted to execute deep bored foundations in water-logged coastal subsoils.

Scope of Work Included:

  • Rotary Bored Cast-in-situ Piles (under bentonite slurry support)
  • Laying of heavy-diameter steel reinforcement cages
  • Basement foundation structural civil construction
  • Mobilization of multiple hydraulic piling rigs and cranes

Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station

Providing integrated engineering, foundation construction, equipment, and workforce logistics for one of Kerala's largest railway modernization projects.

Scope of Work Included:

  • Precision rotary piling adjacent to active railway tracks
  • Mobilization of core piling rigs and heavy telescopic cranes
  • Site development, excavation, and concrete layout structures
  • Complete workforce camp logistics and safety supervision

4. Safe Execution

Disciplined on-site works following specifications and verticality parameters under site foremen.

5. Quality Verification

Continuous concrete density, verticality checks, and load verification tests with logs records.

6. Close-Out Handover

Successful site handover with concrete cube strength records, bore logs, and final client sign-off.
